Payment Plan

Important Note

Airport:
You do not need to check in as a group, therefore once the check in counters is open start with the check in process. Please make sure you arrive at the airport 4 hours before your flight.

Accommodation:
Azizyah Accommodation is a basic nice and clean building. Mina Tents are very simple, limited space inside the tent and Air Conditioning is of a basic standard. Makkah and Madinah rooms on triple/quad basis cam be made up with a rollaway or sofa bed which can make the room be tight for space.

( kindly note any double bookings will be twin room)

Transport:
No transport is provided from Azizyah to Haram, only for your first Umrah upon arrivel. We do not provide transport on the day of Eid from Azizyah to Mina we walk back as a group.No transport will be provided from Azizyah to the Swissotel, the Hujjaj will make there on way, we will take all the luggage to the hotel.

General:

Two important points to make you aware of :

1. Group leaving date to Madinah or check in at Makkah hotel may change due to regulation and instruction by the Ministry Of Hajj in Saudi Arabia or the Islamic calendar.

2. If the ministry of Hajj implement any new rules which could include surcharge of fees, the customer will be informed and they will be liable to pay.

As per ministry of Hajj regulations any passengers that have performed Hajj in the last 5 years are liable to pay a 2000 riyal Surcharge.

This is a fee collected by the Saudi authorities and has nothing to do with the travel agents.

HAJJ REQUIREMENTS

*The applicant must have a passport with a validity of at least six (6) months.

*Each applicant must submit two (2) recent passport size color photograph with white background.

*The Mahram should provide copies of marriage or birth certificates if his surname different to them.

*The applicant must submit proof of vaccination for meningitis (ACYW).

*Non-citizens that are resident in the UK should submit a copy of their valid residency, visa and must be valid for 6 months from travelling day.

* European Passport holder are required to provide proof of UK address i.e utility bill or bank statement
