Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between London Prestige Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“you”, “your”) for the provision of Hajj, Umrah, and other travel-related services, including tours and packages we may offer.

1.2 Our services are protected under the ATOL scheme (ATOL No: 9877). This ensures that in the unlikely event of our insolvency, your money is protected, and you are not stranded abroad.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 A booking is confirmed only when we receive a completed booking form and the required deposit.

2.2 The balance of the cost must be paid no later than 60 days before the departure date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

2.3 Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Cash, or other methods as agreed. A payment is considered received only once funds have cleared into our account.

3. ATOL Protection

3.1 We provide financial protection for our package holidays through our ATOL (ATOL No: 9877). When you buy an ATOL-protected flight or flight-inclusive holiday, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you, and who to contact if things go wrong. Please retain your ATOL Certificate as proof of protection.

4. Cancellation by You

4.1 If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written notification.

4.2 Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit

  • 37 to 59 days before departure: 50% of total cost

  • 22 to 36 days before departure: 70% of total cost

  • Less than 22 days before departure: 100% of total cost

4.3 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any potential losses due to cancellation.

5. Changes and Cancellations by Us

5.1 We reserve the right to make minor changes to your travel arrangements. Minor changes may include adjustments to flight times, accommodation, or itinerary details that do not significantly impact the overall travel experience. Should significant changes occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.

5.2 In the event of a significant change or cancellation by us, you will have the choice of accepting the change, accepting an alternative arrangement of comparable standard if available, or receiving a full refund.

6. Travel Documents

6.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccination certificates.

6.2 While we may assist with guidance or visa facilitation when explicitly agreed, ultimate responsibility lies with the traveler to obtain all necessary documentation in time for departure.

7. Travel Insurance

7.1 We do not provide travel insurance. We strongly advise all travelers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance from a reputable third-party provider to cover potential risks including cancellation, health emergencies, and personal belongings.

8. Liability

8.1 Our liability, except in cases involving death, injury, or illness, shall be limited to a maximum of the price paid for your travel arrangements.

8.2 We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, epidemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

9. Health and Safety

9.1 You must comply with all health and safety regulations and follow instructions provided by us and local authorities. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

10. Complaints

10.1 If you have a complaint during your trip, you must inform us or our local representative immediately so that we can address the issue.

10.2 If your complaint is not resolved locally, please submit a formal complaint in writing within 28 days of your return. We aim to respond within 14 working days of receipt.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Privacy Policy

12.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy or contact us directly to learn how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
